DIRECTION TO PREPARE CUSTARD With Flora Custard Powder (FRUIT SALAD)
To make half litre custard, take a dish add two table spoon of custard powder and sugar to your taste.
1) Mix the custard powder and sugar with little milk to blend into smooth paste.
2) Boil the remaining quantity of milk.
3) Add prepared custard paste to the boiling milk by stirring constantly to form creamy thick & let it cool in a fridge if desired.
4) Custard dish is ready to serve add fresh fruit like Banana, Mango or Apple for delicious fruit salad
बनाने की विधी
१/२ लिटर कस्टर्ड बनाने के लिए २ बडे चम्मच कस्टर्ड पाउडर और शक्कर स्वादनुसार लिजीए
१) कस्टर्ड पाउडर और शक्कर को थोडे दुध में मिलाकर पेस्ट बनाइए।
२) बाकीका दूध उबाले।
३) कस्टर्ड मिश्रण उबलते हुए दूध में मिला दे और धिरेधिरे मिलाते रहे जब तक गाढा ना हो जाए
४) जरुरत पडने पर ठंडा करने के लिए फ्रिज में रखे।
५) कस्टर्ड डिश तयार होने के बाद ताजे फल जैसे केला, आम, और सेब डाले।
६) आपका स्वादीष्ट फुट सलाड तयार है।
