DIRECTION TO PREPARE Flora Strawberry Ice- Cream Mix
1. Set refrigerator to minimum temperature (coldest) half an hour before preparing ice-cream.
2. Boil half litre (500ml) buffalo milk in a vessel and add contents of this packet while boiling & stirring constantly for 4-5 minutes till fully dissolved.
3. Pour the mixture in to two aluminum trays & cover to freeze for 6 hours (in freezer).
4. Remove the same & add two spoons of cream or fruit pulp & beat(in mixie) till the mixture is smooth, cover it up an put in a refrigerator to set for 9-10 hours & serve when firm.
फ्लोरा आईसक्रीम मिक्स तैयार करने का तरीका
१) बनानेसे पहेले आधा घंटा फ्रिज का सबसे ठंडे तापमान पर रखिए।
२) बर्तन में आधा लिटर दूध उबालते समय यह पावडर दूध में मिलाते हुए चमचे से तेजीसे घोलिये।
३) बनाये हुए मिक्श्चर को दो अल्युमिनियम ट्रे मे डालके ढक के फ्रिजर में ६ घंटा रखिए।
४) उसके बाद निकालकर उस में दो चमच क्रिम या फुट पल्प डाल के मिक्स किजिए। और ढक के फ्रिज मे ९ से १० घंटे जमने तक रखिए।
